Anissa was born in Kondisa, near Ceuta, where she grew up in the kitchens of her mother Fatima until she went to Ceuta at the age of nine. Growing up between two cultures, with a natural gift for cooking and an inquisitive spirit for learning new dishes, Anissa’s cuisine combines Moroccan and Spanish dishes. As specialties we recommend the pastry, the lamb tagine or the rabbit with mustard.
